We Can Manage Your Property

Owning and leasing investment property does not have to be stressful and time consuming. Enjoy the benefits of owning investment/rental property when you choose Management Realty Partners as your property management company. Our team consists of both licensed real estate brokers and leasing agents in the state of Illinois. Our services give you peace of mind knowing that your property is well maintained and leased to qualified tenants.

Tenant Selection

Tenant selection is a important element of the property management service. A credit, criminal background and eviction check is run on all potential tenants to determine if they qualify for a rental. This, along with employment and income verification, ensure that a qualified tenant is occupying your property.

Inspections

Upon signing a new lease tenants will complete a move-in inspection sheet with a leasing agent at the property before they move in, the condition and inventory of the property is documented. Both the property manager and the tenant sign the inspection sheet, and the tenant will receive a copy. Upon termination/expiration of the lease, a move-out inspection of the property is performed to assess any damage. The cost of the damages are withheld from the tenants’ security deposit and the tenant is then refunded the difference. Annual inspections are performed when a lease is renewed for an additional year, during this time we inquire about the tenants residency and any issues they may have as well as check on preventative maintenance issues with in the property.

Maintenance

We strive to maintain your property the same way we would handle our own, with the owners best interests in mind. We employ two full time maintenance employees and have a network of professional/licensed contractors we use exclusively enabling us to offer very competitive pricing to our clients at the most reasonable cost to you.

Collection of Rents

Rents are due the first of the month and are late on the sixth of the month. Late fees are applied per the lease agreement.

Vacancies will be listed on ManagementRealtyPartners.com as well as online through services such as Zillow, Rent Path, and Apartment List.
